The Start

You being here is no accident. God has led you here for the soul purpose to awaken you. To equip you with the knowledge that you will need to have a personnel relationship with Him. Deep inside we have a desire to understand spirituality. This desire has been proven by looking at different cultures all over the world. All of these different civilizations no matter where they were located had a deep longing to understand the spirit realm. From the Mayan's to the Native Indian Tribes in the America's to Aboriginals in Australia they all had a concept of a god or higher power. Different cultures all around the world believed some entity that was so powerful that it deserved respect and to be worshipped and praised. Why? The reason that we have this innate understanding is because the one who created us did it in his image and likeness. He formed us and blew his breath of life into our bodies so we could become alive. Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. This is an amazing thing! One of the reasons it is so amazing is that he created you so he can dwell in you and have a relationship with you. This is one of the most important ideas that you have to let sink in. Imagine that the creator of all things seen and unseen has a desire to dwell in you and with you! Wow! That blows my mind to think about that. You may already understand what I'm talking about. You may have some concept of or even some preconceived notions on God or his existence. You may feel God doesn't exist at all or you may ask yourself "How or why would the creator of the universe want to have a relationship with me?" All these questions are ok. I just ask you to put away any negative thoughts that you may have, open your hearts and minds and take a step of faith toward God. I believe he will reveal himself in such a way that it will change your life forever!

The first step into any endeavor is to learn as much as you can before you go and do. I mean everything you do someone has taught you. If you want to learn about fixing automotive engines you would most likely read books on how to fix them. You would probably ask experts in automotive repair to share their knowledge with you. You probably would buy a set of tools to get the job done and when you have a certain degree of knowledge you would start to do your repair. All of these steps are important. Your walk with God should be approached the same way. We have a spiritual Manual its called the Bible. The Bible is also called the Living Word. We must study God's word to understand who God is. If we want to get closer to him the bible is the best way to understanding who God is. We can get into the questions and concerns regarding the bible in the near future. We also must learn from good Godly people. The most Godly person is Jesus Christ, he is our Lord and role model. But most of all, we must practice what we have learned. So, WELCOME and I pray that you would be able to have a better understanding of who you are in Gods sight and what you were created to be.... in his image and likeness.
